Where We Stand

Technology

We think it's about trees. We're big fans. And we like to see them in our yards, or in a park, not shaved into sheets and crowded into boxes.

Technology helps us eliminate paper clutter and do our part for Planet Earth.

It also helps us communicate better. It puts information at our fingertips that can make the difference between winning and losing. It keeps our clients informed and happy. And it helps keep client billings down.

A long time ago we did away with cumbersome legal pads and started using standard-sized pads. Now we've banished those pesky little cassette tapes that tangle and break. Our lawyers use digital recorders that transmit their thoughts to a central word processing center. Their words are stored electronically and easily accessed.

We've also made the paper-filled box an endangered species. All incoming mail, faxes and deliveries are scanned and profiled into a document management system when they hit the door. Lawyers read their own mail on their own computers at their convenience.

We've made it easy to get information when we need it. All GraceHollis attorneys have confidential electronic access to client files from anywhere, anytime.

Technology. It makes our lives easier by taking us away from the administrative nightmare of pushing papers and, instead, letting us spend time constructing winning cases.

It also helps us save a tree or two.
