Alison M. Miceli

Alison was born in Chicago, Illinois. She was raised in Hoffman Estates, a suburb 45 miles northwest of the city.

Alison majored in Communications at Northern Illinois University. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she moved to San Diego to pursue her legal education.

While attending California Western School of Law, Alison was awarded the Academic Merit Scholarship for outstanding scholastic achievement and the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for Ethnic and Cultural Diversity. She was also the recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services for her work for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. During law school, Alison received American Jurisprudence Awards for Oral Advocacy and Community Property.

Prior to joining GraceHollis LLP, Alison worked as an employment law attorney litigating complex wage and hour class actions on behalf of dozens of plaintiffs and thousands of class members. She has also negotiated and settled various employment law disputes, securing favorable results for numerous clients while consistently meeting their objectives.

Alison continues to specialize in labor and employment law matters as a member of the GraceHollis Employment Law Department.

Alison lives in downtown San Diego but still maintains her Midwest values.more >
