Brian was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. After attending undergraduate school at the University of Florida, he moved to San Diego in 2001.

Brian attended law school at California Western School of Law where he received the school’s Kennedy Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement. While still in law school, he was recognized for his various volunteer legal services to the community by invitation to the Pro Bono Honors Society.

Prior to joining GraceHollis LLP, Brian practiced class action securities litigation where he litigated numerous state and federal securities fraud cases on behalf of public pension funds and shareholders resulting in a number of the largest securities settlements in history.
