Local Head Start Programs

GraceHollis attorneys and staff have supported the North Park and Urban Village Head Start Programs for several years. Hundred's of school students and their families have benefited from the Foundation's sponsorship gifts.

In an emotionally moving Holiday Pageant, the children of the North Park Head Start Program presented our attorneys and staff with the service award shown on this page. We proudly display it in our reception area as a reminder that a little effort can make a big difference in someone's life.

Project Head Start is a federally funded child development program that helps break the cycle of poverty by providing pre-school children from low-income families with a comprehensive program to meet their educational, nutritional and psychological needs. In San Diego County, thousands of children benefit from being enrolled in Project Head Start. But thousands more linger on waiting lists.
