So we treat everyone like the VIPs they are.  We know it's important to get to know others in the firm, so we provide breakfast to everyone on staff each Friday. We believe in working hard and rewarding that hard work, so the Events Committee, made up of attorneys and support staff, plan holiday parties, picnics and other celebrations year-round. And we know maintaining a highly performing team takes work, so we hold retreats that focus on teambuilding activities and highlight important educational information.
